- Serial technology entrepreneur with two successful exits, who transitioned into Angel Investing and Venture Capital after experiencing the complexity of raising capital firsthand
- Founded Angel Capital Group in 2007 to professionalize and simplify the Angel Investing experience for emerging investors — building it into a respected community before selling in 2015
- Launched Venture360 and LIQUIFI to solve the back-office problems she encountered as an investor: fragmented tools, manual processes, and lack of institutional-grade infrastructure for emerging managers
- Full-stack engineer and UI/UX expert with 16+ years of experience building consumer and enterprise software products from concept through scale
- Co-founded ZipBox Media, where he honed his skills building digital products and platforms — experience he brought directly to Venture360's technical architecture
- Leads all product and technology decisions at Venture360, responsible for the platform's speed, reliability, and the intuitive investor and manager experience that sets it apart
- Accounting and tax professional with 12+ years of experience spanning public accounting, private equity, and real estate — including REIT compliance and portfolio management at PwC
- Serial entrepreneur and founder of EFORTles and Dreamrs, giving him rare fluency in both the operational and financial sides of building companies
- Oversees all financial operations, tax preparation, and reporting functions at Venture360, ensuring clients receive audit-ready records and accurate K-1 delivery every year
- 15+ year career spanning business development, marketing, and account management — known for building lasting client relationships and translating complex needs into real solutions
- Accomplished real estate investor with multiple holding companies, personally managing every stage of the investment lifecycle: acquisition, legal formation, remodeling, leasing, and exit
- Founder and President of a non-profit charitable organization in continuous operation since 2016, demonstrating the same operational discipline she brings to every Venture360 client relationship
- 20 years of sales and business development experience across education, healthcare, and fintech — with a consistent track record of building high-performing teams and scalable revenue engines
- Led the design and launch of B2B sales processes and team infrastructure at the American Case Management Association, bringing enterprise-level rigor to an emerging market
- Passionate about helping innovative solutions reach the clients who need them most — the mindset he brings every day to growing Venture360's client base
