- Founded Angel Capital Group in 2007 to professionalize and simplify the Angel Investing experience for emerging investors — building it into a respected community before selling in 2015
- Launched Venture360 and LIQUIFI to solve the back-office problems she encountered as an investor: fragmented tools, manual processes, and lack of institutional-grade infrastructure for emerging managers
LeBraun Premo
CTO, Co-Founder
- Full-stack engineer and UI/UX expert with 16+ years of experience building consumer and enterprise software products from concept through scale
- Co-founded ZipBox Media, where he honed his skills building digital products and platforms — experience he brought directly to Venture360's technical architecture
- Leads all product and technology decisions at Venture360, responsible for the platform's speed, reliability, and the intuitive investor and manager experience that sets it apart
